HC Deb 14 January 1981 vol 996 cc535-6W
Mr. Skinner

asked the Secretary of State for Employment how many disablement resettlement officers were made redundant in the county of Derbyshire in 1980.

Mr. Peter Morrison

[pursuant to his reply, 12 January 1981]: I am informed by the Manpower Services Commission—MSC—that no disablement resettlement officers—DROs—were made redundant in the county of Derbyshire in 1980. The existing provision for DROs within the employment services division—ESD—East Midlands area, which includes most of Derbyshire, and within Glossop and Buxton, which fall within ESD's Manchester area, is now unchanged compared to the provision at the beginning of 1980.
