§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe Government's objectives for a revised common fisheries policy include an adequate zone of exclusive access and preference beyond; a substantial share of the Community's total allowable catch; and adequate control and enforcement arrangements. An acceptable conservation regime has already been agreed.
