§ Mr. Cryerasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will make a statement on the latest position regarding the circumstances arising out of the death in Jedda of Helen Smith.
§ Mr. HurdOn 24 November 1980 the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs forwarded to our embassy in Jedda copies of its medical and police reports on Helen Smith, together with a local death certificate. After translation these were sent on 16 December to Miss Smith's father. Copies were also sent to the Leeds deputy coroner.
