§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will consider suitable amendments of the Northern Ireland Constitution Act so as to make it illegal for public funds to be used by way of grant-aid in support of organisations whose rules discriminate against sections of the population on grounds of race, religion or occupation.
