Member for Thirsk and Malton (Mr. Spence) on 19 February, c. 226.
§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithWe have made representations to the Commission about the effects of clawback on our export trade. Discussions between the Commission and the United Kingdom about possible improvements are now taking place as a preliminary to the review of sheep export policy.
