§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe common agricultural policy does not provide for price stabilisation measures in the eggs and poultry sector. However, the Commission has announced that it is preparing proposals for interprofessional organisations in the poultry sector. It is expected that these will be discussed in the context of this year's price proposals.
