§ Mr. FowlerThe leaflets and posters we have issued have been widely welcomed and I am now building on this with a campaign of sponsored advertising in the national press and on local radio stations. This will be followed next month by a local campaign in two areas—Suffolk and South Lincolnshire—encouraging drivers to share their cars with neighbours who have no access to public transport.
