§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Government are concerned that many young people still enter the world of work without adequate vocational preparation. We are considering with the Manpower Services Commission proposals for substantially improving the position. I hope these proposals will be published for consultation in the next few months and that they will go some way to meet what my hon. Friend has in mind.
