§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Lord Privy Seal what protest has been made by Her Majesty's Government about the harassment of unarmed United Nations observers in Houle and Alma-ash-Shab in South Lebanon by the militia under the control of Major Haddad.
§ Mr. HurdHarassment of United Nations observers is a continuing problem. We have often made clear to the Israeli Government our concern at their support of Major Haddad and our belief that UNIFIL would be better able to execute its mandate if it were not subject to harassment by the militia under his control.
