§ The Prime MinisterI had a useful exchange of views on 12 February with the Prime Minister of Mauritius on political, aid and economic matters. During the economic discussions I took the opportunity to reassure Sir Seewoosagur of the United Kingdom's continued commitment to the European Community's obligation under the sugar protocol to the Lomé convention.
