§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergCouncil Regulation (EEC) 2744/80 does not provide that specific proportions of the financial assistance given under the supplementary measures shall be in respect of particular categories of eligible investment. It is for the Commission, having sought the opinion of the committee constituted for the purpose, to decide on the amount of the Community's financial contribution to sub-programmes within the special investment programmes submitted by the United Kingdom.
