§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithRepresentations have come from the export trade, which is concerned about the present arrangements for clawback of variable premium on exports. We have secured certain improvements in respect of exports to third countries and will be seeking further improvements in the Commission's forthcoming review of export policy for sheepmeat.
