§ Mr. Wheelerasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether Her Majesty's Government are yet in a position to respond to the Advisory Council on Applied Research and Development's report on "Technological Change: Threats and Opportunities for the United Kingdom".
§ Sir Keith JosephI have written to the chairman of ACARD with the Government's response to this report. Copies of the response have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
