§ Sir Ian GilmourArms limitation measures may help to reinforce a comprehensive peace settlement and could form part of the guarantees in which the members of the Community are ready to participate. To be effective they would need to be agreed between all the parties concerned and by the international Community as a whole.
§ 30. Mr. Mikardoasked the Lord Privy Seal when Her Majesty's Government intends to publish the various options proposed in the Luxembourg paper as a possible solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict.
