§ Sir George YoungThe incidence of hypothermia and the number of deaths where hypothermia is registered as an underlying or contributory cause of death are the subject of a letter recently received in the Department: a detailed reply will be sent to the correspondent as soon as possible. These issues have been the subject of questions in this House on a number of occasions and I refer the hon. Member to my replies to my hon. Friend the Member for Newark (Mr. Alexander), on 10 March 1980—[Vol. 980, c.427–28]—and to the hon.
