§ Mr. FowlerYes, I have today approved the application from Norfolk county council for the designation as a trial area of an area in the north-west of the county, including the towns of Swaffham and East Dereham, and a small area in central Norwich. From 1 April bus services in the trial area, including ones to and from Norwich, will be able to run without road service licences. The trial area will continue for at least two years.
