§ Mr. SpeedI cannot add to the reply I gave on savings on 27 January to my hon. Friend the Member for Tynemouth (Mr. Trotter).—[Vol. 997, c. 377-78.] No change is contemplated in the arrangements for providing reserves for the Commando Brigade.
