HC Deb 16 February 1981 vol 999 c38W
Mr. D. E. Thomas

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what is the total allocation made to the Housing Corporation for 1981–82 and the projected allocations for 1982–83 and 1983–84; and how much money is to be allocated in 1981–82 for (a) new buildings, (b) rehabilitation and (c) new initiatives such as the rehabilitation of property for sale.

Mr. Wyn Roberts

At outturn prices the Housing Corporation has been allocated £29.9 million for 1981–82 and have been advised that a further £0.5 million is available specifically for improvement for sale schemes. Apart from this, it is for the corporation to decide how its allocation is spent, in consultation with the Department.

There are no details about future allocations available.
