§ Mr. MacGregor[pursuant to his reply, 9 February 1981]: Details of the provision of regional aid in 1981–82 will be given in the White Paper on public expenditure to be presented to the House on 10 March and in the Supply Estimates. It would not be appropriate for me to anticipate the publication of these documents.
