§ Mr. John Home Robertsonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is satisfied that fish which has been officially withdrawn from the market in other European Economic Community countries is not being marketed in the United Kingdom; and what arrangements exist to prevent such illegal marketing.
§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithWe have so far been provided with no evidence that fish officially withdrawn elsewhere in the European Community has been marketed in the United Kingdom. Any definite information to this effect would be referred by my Department to the European Commission and to the member State concerned for appropriate action.
