§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if it is proposed that family medical practitioners who become the recipients of a lump sum paid quarterly or annually for providing certification of incapacity during the first eight weeks of an illness will be excluded from and paid in addition to recommendations of the review body on doctor's pay.
