§ Dr. Vaughan[pursuant to his reply, 10 February 1981, c. 324]: My right hon. Friend has received a letter from the director of the Royal Association for Disability and Rehabilitation opposing the proposed closure. As I said in my reply to the hon. Member for Brent, South (Mr. Pavitt) on 3 February—[Vol. 998, c. 89–90]—I am considering a proposal submitted by the North West Thames regional health authority to close beds at St. Mary's Hospital, Harrow Road, but am not yet in a position to make a decision on this.
