§ Mr. FairgrieveThe Fisheries Bill as introduced provided that the Sea Fish Industry Authority should consist of not more than 12 members, of whom four were to be independent, the remainder being representative of the sea fish industry. If the Bill so provides when enacted, my right hon. Friend, as one of the Fisheries Ministers responsible for the appointments, will ensure that there is adequate representation of Scottish interests.
