Member for Gower (Dr. Davies) on 2 February, Official Report c. 39, whether the consultant to be appointed will be full-time in the National Health Service; if not, how many sessions he will contribute to the National Health Service; how many of the consultant's sessions in either case will be spent at Morriston hospital; and if he will be expected to live within 15 miles of the hospital.
