§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithMy right hon. Friend announced on 5 February that, in view of recent developments affecting the returns of the fishing industry, he had decided to bring forward a review of its financial position which had been planned for the end of March. We shall be meeting the leaders of the industry to analyse the current situation on 17 February.
