§ Mr. Peter Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) how many first preference applicants are now on the Poleglass housing estate list in group B; and how many of these live in West Belfast;
(2) how many transfer applications are now on the Poleglass housing estate list; and how many of these are Housing Executive tenants in West Belfast;
(3) how many points are required for each first preference applicant who has been allocated a dwelling in Poleglass housing estate from the group B list;
(4) how many points are required for each first preference applicant for a dwelling in the Poleglass housing estate on the group B list;
(5) how many applicants in each of the priority groups have been allocated a dwelling in the Poleglass estate; and how many of them in each group live in West Belfast.
§ Mr. David MitchellThese are matters for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. The chairman has provided me with the following information:

- (1) The number of first preference applicants on the Poleglass housing estate list in group B was 184 at 31 December 1980: 161 of these applicants live in West Belfast;
- (2) there were 90 first preference transfer applications at 31 December 1980, 54 of which were Housing Executive tenants in West Belfast;
- (3) the allocation of dwellings in the Poleglass development will be determined in accordance with the Housing Executive's allocation scheme, which applies throughout Northern Ireland. Predetermined points totals are not set for allocation to particular estates;
- (4) the points requirements for group B applicants allocated dwellings in Poleglass prior to 31 December 1980 averaged 89 within a range 79–111 points; and
- (5) the number of priority group applicants allocated dwellings in the Poleglass estate prior to 31 December 1980 was as follows:
