§ Mr. Peter MorrisonI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that a specially commissioned study of vocational training provision in the Federal Republic of Germany was completed in April 1980. Its findings were drawn upon by the review body, whose report "Outlook on Training" was published in July 1980.
