asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what undertakings, by which the Government consider themselves bound, have at any time been given to the Government of the Irish Republic, either to introduce or to refrain from introducing changes in the present arrangements for the administration of, or legislation extending to, Northern Ireland.
