§ Mr. MayhewThe working party on the administration of the broadcasting receiving licence system, on which the Home Office, the Post Office and the BBC are represented, is considering methods of payment of the licence fee and whether the base of the licensing system might be expanded, including the possibility of 165W reintroducing car radio licences. My right hon. Friend expects to receive its report shortly and will carefully consider its recommendations before taking any decisions.
