§ Mr. WhitelawI have asked the working party on the administration of the broadcast receiving licence system,186W on which the Home Office, the Post Office and the BBC are represented, to consider again methods of payment of the licence fee and whether the base of the licensing system might be expanded. I hope soon to receive its report, and shall carefully consider its recommendations.
