§ Mr. Kenneth Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he intends to have further discussions with the local authority associations on the rate support grant.
§ Mr. HeseltineI last met the local authority associations at the Consultative Council on Local Government Finance meeting on 22 January. I expect to have regular meetings with them throughout the year as part of the normal consultations leading to the 1982–83 rate support grant settlement.
