Mr. GwilymRoberts asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will make a study of publications detailing the manufacture of booby-traps, incendiary devices and other offensive weapons; if he will take steps to ban their sale; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he will make a study of publications from the United States of America and other countries detailing the manufacture of booby-traps, incendiary devices and other offensive weapons; if he will take steps to ban their entry; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. MayhewIt is for the police, in consultation as necessary with the Director of Public Prosecutions, to decide whether any action should be taken over any particular publication.
