§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergStatistics for the second half of 1980 are not yet available. In the first half of that year local authorities in England undertook to secure accommodation for 29,200 households under the Act. A copy of a press notice and tables giving details is in the Library. The figure for the whole of 1979 was 59,000.
