§ Mr. Grahamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will ensure that the annual reports and financial statements to be published by each local authority under the provisions of part II of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 are deposited in the Library.
§ Mr. King[pursuant to his answer, 2 February 1981, c. 53.]: This has not been the practice in the past, and it would not be appropriate to do so now since such documents are primarily intended for a local audience.
