How much financial benefit will accrue to the United Kingdom as a result of the policy of charging EEC students the full foreigners rate for board and lodging for residential courses.

Information is not available on the savings derived from charging EEC students the same economic costs for board and lodging as are charged to any students in the public sector, who is not ordinarily resident in England and Wales.
