§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he intends to fund the new teachers' salaries and conditions of service committee as envisaged in the Education (Scotland) (No. 2) Bill in order to pay for the cost of additional work it will take over from the Scottish Education Department.
