§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithWe have already indicated that, in the context of equitable reductions of Community sugar production quotas, we would accept a lower quota for the United Kingdom. The import arrangements under the Lomé Convention are a Community commitment and not only a matter for the United Kingdom.
