§ 30. Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he intends to hold the projected consultations on the final draft of the public lending right scheme; and when he intends that that matter should come again before Parliament.
§ Mr. ChannonI shall circulate the draft scheme for PLR as soon as it is in a form suitable for consultation. How soon the scheme can then be laid before Parliament for approval will depend on the outcome of consultations.
