Member for Ormskirk (Mr. Kilroy-Silk) on 26 October 1981—[Vol. 10, c.291]—one of our aims in enterprise zones is to keep detailed enquiries to firms, which would be required to answer this question, to a minimum. We have, however, appointed consultants to monitor the development of the enterprise zones. They will be reporting late next year, and this should help provide the answers to questions such as this.
