§ Mr. Adam ButlerThe Government have agreed in principle to extend its guarantees of commercial borrowing by De Lorean Motor Cars Ltd., for a limited period and at a lower level than hitherto: the details and the conditions have yet to be finalised. I shall report more fully to the House as soon as possible after the Christmas Recess.
