§ Mr. Spellerasked the Secretary of State for Trade to what extent the statement by the Minister of State for Consumer Affairs relating to the operation of the no-discrimination rule on credit card sales of petrol by garages on 10 December, Official Report, c. 447–448, has affected the practice of garages in making additional charges to meet the charges made upon them by the credit card companies.
