(2) how many people have been prosecuted for failing to complete the 1981 census form.
§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergSome 5,000 households—0.03 per cent.—have been reported by census officers as having neglected or refused to complete acceptable forms. After considering the evidence in each case, some 850 summonses have been issued.
