§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will make provision in the petroleum Bill to amend section 12 of the Pipe-Lines Act 1962 for the renewal of a right to a pipeline where the original right has lapsed and no compulsory powers exist to deal with an obdurate owner.
