§ Mr. FowlerMy right hon. Friend the Prime Minister and I have both had constructive discussions with representatives of the staff side of the nurses and midwives Whitley Council on procedures and timetable for taking matters on. A further meeting is planned early next year with both sides of the Whitley Council when I hope we will focus on possible approaches to the longer-term arrangements.
