§ Mr. YoungerI intend to make an order in to new year effecting the next extension of the land register to the county of Dunbarton—and not Glasgow as earlier announced—as from October 1982. This modification of the planned programme has been necessitated by other heavy demands on the staff resources of the Department of Registers of Scotland.
