§ Mr. HeseltineThe Green Paper on alternatives to domestic rates, published on 16 December, discusses in chapter 10, paragraphs 15 to 17, the case for rating revaluations of non-domestic property in Scotland and in England and Wales. Decisions will be announced shortly.
