§ Mr. YoungerExpenditure per capita—excluding loan charges—on services relevant for rate support grant by each Scottish local authority for the years 1976–77 to 1980–81 is contained in the following table. Information for earlier years could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
The percentages used in calculating total rate support grant for each of those years were 72.5 per cent. in 1976–77; 68.5 per cent. from 1977–78 to 1980–81.
