§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Energy which of the recommendations made by the Burgoyne committee on offshore safety have been implemented since the report was published; which other recommendations he expects to be implemented during 1982; and which recommendations he does not intend to implement.
§ Mr. LawsonThe following recommendations have been implemented in whole or in part: 6.5 to 6.7, 6.10,256W 6.15 to 6.17, 6.21 to 6.23, 6.26, 6.28, 6.32, 6.33, 6.35, 6.41.1, 6.43 to 6.48, 6.50, 6.53, 6.56, 6.59, 6.63 to 6.65. Studies and/or consultations are under way regarding recommendations 6.24, 6.30, 6.31, 6.38, 6.49, 6.54, 6.55, 6.57, 6.60 to 6.62 and 6.66. It should be possible to implement the following recommendations during 1982: 6.8, 6.9, 6.12, 6.14, 6.25, 6.27, 6.34, 6.36, 6.37, 6.39, 6.40, 6.41.2 to 6.42 and 6.52.
