§ Mr. StanleyInformation on capital expenditure and receipts in the first half of 1981–82 provided by local authorities is as follows, with the final revised allocations for the year. Prescribed proportions of certain housing capital receipts—for example, 50 per cent. In respect of ordinary council house sales—and 100 per cent. Of any other capital receipts can be used by authorities to increase their housing or other capital allocations.
