Friend the Prime Minister told the House on 24 November, Her Majesty's Government have brought this matter to the attention, both here and in Manila, of the Philippine authorities, within whose jurisdiction it lies. The Philippine Government are well aware of the depth of feeling aroused in this country by recent reports. We understand that the Philippine National Assembly is considering the introduction of stricter legislation.
